The other chickens just like to watch them. They can see that the two don’t “belong” together, but they can’t see it that way because they don’t know what they look like.

We have 2 male turkeys like the one in the video. Ocationally, I will grab one and sit with it on my knee. It will become very docile but when released will be attached by the other.

Hahahaha – that really made me smile! I miss those chickens and I’m glad to know they are doing so well! I was thinking about your turkey/chicken pairing and wondering how they were doing. Glad to know all is well! What do the other chickens think of this one?
OK, I think it’s hilarious, but it’s mostly because I have one of those too. I call it the turken. It’s a chicken that thinks it’s a turkey. It will not join the other chickens but instead hangs out with the three turkeys that wander the yard. The turkeys will not be around come November, and I am worried about how the chicken will react!
